Simply, I am delivering a long term strategy which will disappoint many shareholders in the very short term, but when the strategy starts to pan out they will be delighted.

Dividend - the dividend is a like for like share dividend thus your numbers of share will be affected. However I believe and hope that I have, at my own cost, flushed out a lot of individuals who wish to dump their stock. I believe this will continue for a few more days until hey are out of the deal. After this point I have already agreed in principle to reward the existing long term share holders which will redress the balance regarding the floatation in Frankfurt. It is my desire and anticipation to acquire as many shares long term in the company as I can because I believe in the company, the product and its true potential, as do others.

However, the immediate reward will be driven through the Parent US company. We have been in meetings this morning pertaining to the next stages in the NHS. As I have stated now publicly, Doncaster will release all news in relation to revenues and orders initially. In this way the facts, the revenue and the companies position will be unquestionable, unchallengeable and rewardable for all share holders. Thus those who have dumped their stock to make a quick buck, in my opinion, are the real losers. We will just have a bit of pain for a short while and then the positive position of the company will be made clear though our partners and courtiers. A this point, multiple subsidiaries and dividends are and will be available to the share holders. One opportunity I am working on is with a company called compuGroup. Early stages but it fits into the strategy.

I notice that you have copied the rumour which is circulating. I have had a lot of questions on this and I find it amusing. There are always a lot of rumours circulating about is the company real, is the product real, do we have contracts............ The answer is yes we are real and serious and you have probably now seen the real product. To put in in a nutshell, we are partnering with two companies (Voda and BlackBerry) who have tried to deliver remote access to patient notes and failed, probably as this wasn't their core competence. Hence the importance of MedifyRemote, the interest and the watchful eye kept on Medify. Thus when a rumour is started it is typical of the luck that Medify has had to date that they get it wrong. Go figure!

Anyway it will get painful whilst certain individuals sell off their stock, once that has finished, I reckon a few days, we will begin the rebuild of the share price based on the news that will eminate form the NHS. Love me or hate me I will still be here in the months to come totally vindicated and ever so slightly smug

Jonathan.
