the sec and the alj made the recommendation that exad accept revocation. that leaves the door open for the company to file a form 10 if it gets it's act together. if they had fought revocation the likelihood of the sec accepting a future form 10 would have been slim to none. feeling that that is a bright side is up to each individual.
