Okay. If they use it, it doesn't work and a few soldiers die, they'll know that really fast.

But, if it works, and they don't use it, many, many more will die unnecessarily.

IDF (Israel) already uses it - freeze-dried plasma, a dehydrated form of plasma.


The FDA allows compassionate use/expanded access.

What gives?
