Update note: i'm not sure that anyone at or connected with S.Alpha is already buying shares. I think there's probably something in their ethical guidelines that prevents that. And it's probably the case that at this point only one editor is involved.

I got a slew of "recommended changes" that today i'm working on to re-submit the article for publication. I've done almost everything on a long list of what i'll call "do's and delete's" -- except for streamlining the substantial early section introducing RCP. Which will require some creative editing on my part. Once that's done i'll re-submit, maybe by about 7 pm ET (5 pm my MT in Arizona).

If accepted by editor/editors, then it will probably go live tomorrow a.m.

Meanwhile, i did take time out to buy another 10k shares of PIOE at .735, my little way of boosting the pps.... and front-running my own article for S.Alpha!
