Is the IOSafe deal going to go through?

Are they going to put our there 10Q this week?

I find it hard to believe it will go through when IOSafe has not said anything about this at all. Nothing's been submitted to the OTC, no 8K, no press releases on IOSafes site. I wish companies could not use "letter of intent" because it's complete BS.
