If you read the commencement date it was September 8th. I believe this to mean they are very close to closing a deal especially considering the addition of Mr. George to the board. Right now they are playing catch up since FINRA just gave them the go ahead for filings. I think these 8k's will be a regular occurrence moving forward as they are properly putting their ducks in a row to go current.
