Good morning longs,

This quote is from Tut: "You can also be exempt from the price requirement if you more than exceed financial asset and revenue requirements in the financials and that is what the 10k is meant to show. You also have to remember that when the price is reset the company will exceed the share price requirement even though it is a new price. Very similar to an IPO. In may ways it is a totally new company listing on the board."
