I have a computer science degree as well. I just noticed this on the 10q today as people keep posting about the the note is falling the note is falling. I just do not think the holder of the note will dump 38 million shares on the market in a few days. I would not burn that much money if I could do it slowly over months.

I am also a licence stock broker but currently work in computer science.

I did post the legit question as to it converting at 1 cent.

The bigger question is in my mind does this note still exists? Could this be one that was consolidated after the date of the last 10q. Could people betting on a short play for Nov 30 really get burned.
