What news are you hoping for exactly ? He has no money and can't expand until he gets financing in place. So what News is there that will possibly make PPS rise to a point even worthy of doing a rights offering ?

The ONLY thing that makes sense is to announce:

- He is stepping down

- Rights offering is cancelled

- New ownership is taking control and will be expanding

* My hope is that some of you call and email JP to make him understand this as otherwise he has WORTHLESS shares
