must be more behind the scenes as why would new CEO let past CEO away with taking the IP blends and starting a new company when he is dealing with all the old debts of millions and millions. Then they deal with filing suits against Vuoozo but not Conman? They created a subsidiary but in end they still need to deal with Ecos past. I expect they would delist as they cant afford the financial expenses of filings. See what K and Q show, if they ever release them?
