I didn't follow up on the filing about the late filing of the most recent quarterly report until today.

If I'm reading the filing correctly, it sounds like we should see the two year audit and the quarterly filing this week.

“ORhub, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2017 within the prescribed time period because the Company has experienced a delay in completing the information necessary for inclusion in its first audit covering two years (inception to June 30, 2017). The
Company currently anticipates that its Quarterly Report for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2017 will be filed within the five calendar days following its prescribed due date.”
