You don't need to build ANYTHING to have a patent claim that covers subsequent work of others. Just like the Blackberry case and, if you're curious, Google "Jerome Lemelson" or "Lemelson Foundation" - hundreds of millions of dollars made from licensing patents where the inventor never made ANYTHING except the patent application.

Please, Paige, don't embarrass yourself again. Stick to hair dressing.
