This is huge news for IFXY as they were very articulate/clear on the closing of such merger. With Cryptocurrency Corp becoming the successor issuer to Infrax and Infrax now going private as stated in the PR, this means that all previous debt and liabilities go with the private entity making IFXY a debt free entity.
