That said, perhaps you need to re-read my post.
My post was supposed to relate the significance of appointing a well-qualified pharmacist, as clearly the application is asking for the chief pharmacist's credentials. This is important since as we read in the application, the CP will be responsible for controlling the 'manufacture or import of medicinal cannabis'.
Also, the application specifies the following on page 13:

All applications should include a relevant CV and each pharmacist nomination shall include a letter of appointment by the licence holder and a letter of acceptance.
IMO, the chief pharmacist has already been vetted and further the pharmacist would have been required to provide a letter of acceptance. I believe this will all be revealed soon.
