SJAP is a pretty neat business model. Even though it has some issues.

And why can't they keep the abattoir running? They mentioned 2.8% gross margin. It is supposed to add value to a product. Why was there a need for a canning division? There seems to be something wrong with the distribution side, why they can't make any money. Or, there is something wrong with the way the contracts are designed, with purchase prices that are fixed instead of flexible and dependent on market conditions. Much like sleepy cod in the past.
