There is no "if" about audited financials, agreed. You want to be serious and taken seriously you do audited financials and get these books done right.

Though after looking at the income statement and balance sheet not tying together for add in captial I see why they are not audited cause an auditor would never allow that and they want to play these games.

Order numbers I have no idea. Are they trying to have higher order numbers for a reason? Would anything be a surprise at this point? Can't brag about high order numbers when sales show $517K so not sure as to the logic.
