Monaker wouldn't be fighting

If they didn't see a lot of value from the shares they would receive in Verus. That said, I certainly hope that this doesn't delay the spin-off. The legal argument for Monaker holding claims against the food business seems very weak to me (but I am not a legal expert).

If history is an indicator, we should be getting a monthly update in the next few days, perhaps after Thanksgiving.
