You have a company, Notis that once owned 320 acres, someone else is growing hemp on it, someone(s) else is collecting all the revenue, the three big company executives, Goh, Pyatt, and now Siegel have either been fired or resigned. The old board members gone as well. The land has been used as collateral for loans that were not paid back.
The fact that the true ownership of the land and the company is so muddled is the Notis perfect storm of how this all ends. Everyone but the shareholders got something by the end. The company has been bled dry.
