Very true. That is why there needs to be a building (aka house) to blanch the fresh leaves and freeze them so they can be stored and shipped

I would assume that at some point in the future they will be building facilities on site for growing worms but I don't think Kim will spend that money unless the army expands their contracts to a larger amount.
Until they begin to hit the production limit in indiana I don't see them moving to Texas
