What I see happening here in PA is pretty amazing just in my 12 mile drive to work. This is note worthy and I was wondering if the rest of the country is seeing the same????...

My job is located in industrial park behind ABE airport. From our parking lot we are adding 40,000 sq ft addition. FED X is expanding their plane staging area and the airport all have major construction going on. As i drive down the hill on my way home there is electrical grid work and new poles being run to industrial park/airport. Fed x is finishing a 1M sq ft warehouse bringing 00s jobs and Amazon has 2 new buildings all withing a few miles my job. Also this HUGE power station / transfer station is being build a few miles down the road from my house, the power companys around here are really make giant moves.

There has been talk at my job about doubling the size of our 750k sqft building. This is absolutely unbelievable if true would be a big time market gauge if true IMO


This is some of the things im seeing can anyone else confirm or deny the same?
