Not to mention that the MOU with Starcrest, which was ERHC’s last hope for some sort of deal, has now expired, after 6 long months with no deal being done and with no news of any extension.

To make matters worse, the CEO's home is up for sale and as far as I know nobody has seen or heard from him since the last shareholder update in April. Has he left the country?

And if that isn't bad enough, no directors have been voted on in about 4 years and all of their terms expired about 3 years ago. Does a BOD even exist anymore?

Someone said they had talked to someone at ERHC but refused to say who they talked to or what was talked about. Personally I get a voicemail whenever I call and nobody ever returned the call. Does an ERHC office even exist anymore?
