Anyone invested here should know that worms and mulberry both have a habitat they live in.
Why not somewhere closer? Because mulberry or worms won't grow any closer to the lab without the major expense of climate control.
The trees can be pretty much grown anywhere but they require land and the proper weather.
I don't think there is a place in the country better suited to worms and mulberry where land is as cheap as it is in texas.

If you consider ALL factors and not just what is closer you would come up with Texas too.

Why not go closer than vietnam?
Because like Texas, it has something we need to make things work properly
