What would be the point in "ripping" anything apart?

This is a .0001 stock struggling to find it's footing.

The company has reached many of the milestones placed ahead of them.

I for one wish Intelligent Highway Solutions (the company) the absolute best and IHSI (the stock) will be rewarded by investors that see its true potential.

No real reason to be negative at this point.

Remember all the "IHSI is definitely going to RS the shares" etc etc from nearly a year ago?

Well... That hasnt happened.

Is it a frustrating fact to individuals with a negative bias?

Absolutely

Something tells me that if the quarterly report resembled a blossoming rose, someone will be there to point out a blemish.
