The OTC/Pinks are all about High Risk High Reward. Those that dig deep into a company can draw their own conclusions and decide whether it's a good opportunity or not. I've been touting ONCI since .0008 and see so much more opportunity.

The whole idea here is to identify incoming catalysts BEFORE they are verified because once they are, the cost of admission will be much higher.
