My 15 old son has simple rules for investing in penny stocks:

Avoid tickers with scammy history
Avoid tickers with on going dilution
Avoid tickers with OS hitting AS soon
Avoid tickers with reverse potential at 99%

He likes tickers that just completed reverse since it confirns sgare structure and no dilution.

No sanp!
