Remember the Hype That was Built up about the 8 K coming out and how it was going to save the Company and legitimatize That Toby and Mike and Bagel Boy were gone ( I remember) ....it actually did absolutely nothing but cost new investors their hard earned $$$ ...That 8 K In addition to mentioning that Toby & Mike we’re going to be gone should’ve also mentioned that everybody’s who invested ...that their money would be GONE as well ...BWAHAHAHAHA
