Has this been verified that an S1 filing would by definition appear on EDGAR. If that is the case what is the point of a quiet period as not
to inadvertently illegally falsely jump start the "perceived" future increased value of the stinky pinky stock. Why would JBZY file if they knew they had no chance whatsoever to achieve a $4 PPS any time soon.
