When the guidelines were released I took the time to read extensively through these as well as analyze the one question (#7)which seemed to be a direct response to KC’s original reply to the FDA’s attack. I? was originally a bit disappointed with the separation of stem cells being a deal breaker when it comes to the exclusion of oversight from the FDA. However the latest release on the 3 year window before enforcement would take place changes everything! IMO This means the FDA understands companies like USRM are onto something groundbreaking (which was admitted by Gottlieb) and want to be a part of it, but it has all happened so fast and under the radar that FDA doesn’t understand how they can control it and benefit from it. That’s the point folks, the Government/FDA gains a lot behind the scenes from big Pharma and if there is to be a “changing of the guard” in the future....then there better be a clear path out how the government/FDA will benefit from this. They are no dummies, right now the money and donations is in Big Pharma but if the money starts rolling into alternatives then they will want to be a part of this, which is clear, but they are not going to sell out their cash cow Big Pharma. Over time it will change and Gottlieb admits this, which is why IMO the 3 years was given before any adverse enforcement. Let this blossom into something that can hold a candle to Big Pharma and then in due time it will be accepted and approved. Thank god for the environment we live in with social media and word of mouth, because this will blow up and go viral and people will make a stand and demand rights to their bodies and their stem cells. It’s already happening, look at the crazy increase in revenues quarter after quarter! If the FDA didn’t see this as a viable treatment then they would have shut USRM down immediately not given a 3 year window. IMO the 3 year window is for the FDA to understand, and strategically plan! Think about it, if it was such a horrible scam then you think a 3 year window is warranted. There will always be a seat at the table for Big Pharma they have greased enough palms and played the game to earn that, in due time companies like USRM will have a seat at that table too but they will need to play the game which is becoming evident. It can and will be done, so much momentum here, Absolute no brainer here folks!
