Selling now would be just as dumb as buying in February. VPOR will catch the CA legal wave and ride it into February. If there wasn’t any push ahead then those financials might be bad but they are almost meaningless with what is coming. The MJ run/Speculation for financials of Jan-March 2018 will allow for VPOR to run along a few PRs that are bound to come out within the next few months.
