Wrong, high C - ASD sued for infringement of the ValiMed device(and included Baxa).

The ASD patent claims are NOT limited to solids only.

Whether or not ASD has a market-ready UV device for liquids is not relevant to the issue of infringement by ValiMed.

The maker of Balckberry (RIMM) paid $612.5M to NTP Holdings for infringing NTP's patent claims.

NTP makes no devices at all - it is simply a patent holding company.
