I have always said, I don't think they will pull off the acquisition. But, if they do, the biggest issue is they have one guy that knows aviation-Steve. They don't know what they don't know. Igor had way more aviation knowledge than LT. I don't believe Baltia to be a scam, just people who have no idea what they're doing.
