In my opinion, Oil States is far reaching indeed.
It could change everything, a huge boost to the whole
IP sector, with very little downside risk if Oil States does
not prevail or even get a middle ground ruling.
It could turn out to be SCOTUS stays status quo, if so,
no big deal, but if there is a shift or outright change,
it is a game changer for WDDD and everyone else in the sector.
One of those rare opportunities to benefit if you increase exposure
you get rewarded handsomely if right, and lose little to none if wrong.

As you can tell I am little excited about the case and will be paying close attention to Oral arguments.
