It will be interesting to see what value is placed on Active Fashion Group and its $20 million of current sales. What price to sales multiple should we put on $20 million of Active Fashion Group sales?

How many shares will be issued to close the deal and at what price? Thoughts? They might use an average of 20 days of closing prices as the issue price of the shares. I am thinking there might be a flurry of news in the month prior to closing Active Fashion Group takeover in order to increase the price per share and minimize dilutive effects.
