$IHSI: 8 KNOWN REASONS WHY IT'S DIFFERENT THIS TIME?

3 lines of fiction:

As soon as shares are bought, the CD holders just reload the ASK with more shares. If they were to load up all their shares immediately it would scare buyers off. Instead they put a few million up and as soon as they are gone, they put more up and the cycle just keeps repeating itself!

8 Lines of Truth:

- MKT PULSE RETURNED: We have a Bid! wink
- NEXT TIER UP-TICK: 1/2's cycling in prep for next level 3/4 move
- KISS CD HOLDERS GOODBYE: "Process of restructuring convertible debt" in motion.
- NOTES TO BE RETIRED: "New revenues and profits will be use to help buy out debt and notes"
- CONFIRMED OPTIONS ON TABLE: $10.6M in project cash flow >>> $$$ self reliance provides management with decision making flexibility, i.e., freedom where to spend income stream
- NEW PROJECT BID SUCCESS: "Cresent continues to bring in new work and we have been very successful in bidding new projects."
- FAZYNC FACELIFT: The Company has set up a timeline and budget to update the demonstration unit;...changes will be cosmetic, not technical;" corporate funding to extend project to next development phase takes place ONLY when CONFIDENCE IS EXTREMELY HIGH for ROI
- CONFIDENCE IN LEGAL TEAM: "Original judgment has been dismissed and replaced with new lawsuit filed, on substantially same claims," indicating management understands "financial harm" to the company is more detrimental (delays, cost overruns, legal fees, etc.) than original claimed
