Don't buy until dilution stops!!!!
It amazes me to see all the buying posts while the dilution continues.
The buying is not helping. I keep seeing red days after red days.

As you can see, even positive PRs can't even keep the SP up. The dilution is too strong!!

WAIT for the O/S to max at the A/S. Then buy. You will then have reprieve and should see a nice spike.

The only X factor is will ICLD allow this to breathe for a while?
Or will A/S be increased or R/S be enacted immediately.

How much advance notice must be given before any of those 2 events happen on the OTC?
