The story and future is the main objective here!

The financials will be important after all these mergers/acquisitions are completed along with STIX and BudLife sales.

Right now, SGMD is moving because of their story and future revenue projections.

Regardless, I agree that the 10k NEEDS to be filed, and it doesn’t help at all that we are late.

Jimmy has responded to our concerns, and he will follow through with the financials next week like he always does.
