mantoo123, good post. I agree with your comments, but I do wonder if they will be forced to reprice the offering at a lower strike, perhaps $7-$7.25?

I was watching the trading yesterday (also played around with selling some options) and noticed that at close the VWAP was $7.24.

We need to remember that VBLT was trading at $6 only 3 weeks ago, prior to confirmation that Ovarian would start in 2017. Today's drop only took it back to the 20-day average price.
