Ok, just so I understand this completely....is it a name change for GEGI or for Sis ??
I keep hearing that the two are , 'connected' , ie: "SIS', so, how, legally are they 'connected'. I get that Kate did this, or, perhaps the previous owner ? But how did that happen, and what legal structure connects the two. Most of this happened before I started buying a few months ago, so, any assistance in researching the beginning of all of this would be very much appreciated. Thanks. GLTA
