I have read that release many times..It only presents the company position on the third party promo deal......It mentions a 30 day mandatory icon but we all know that OTC is a private entity and can be dealt with...it should be a snap for David to make contact for early removal.....OTC's icon is killing our stock and doing substantial damage to the company and the PPS....I am seeking info that indicates that the company is actively pursuing the removal of the skull and cross bones
it is unthinkable that the company would sit on their hands and wait for 30 days of bleeding
