Questions :
When the name change happens.....how will that affect GEGI and Sis with respect to structure. Will this be a consolidation of the two, merging into one, or, will one keep it's name and be a subsidiary of the other. How will the share structures work out, or, will there be no change with that ???
This probably has already been discussed....but, I can't find the information. If someone has a link, or links I will be happy to go thru them myself. Thanks in advance. GLTA
