I’m more inclined to believe this announcement was just a pebble in the water, to see how big of a feeding frenzy it would bring... it’s obvious the ripple effect didn’t cause much stir.. the volume is not there and there are apparently no new investors.
There’s just no excitement or anticipation for this run down penny anymore!
They’ve (Fsnr) has touted and claimed too many inutile business plans for a dead end PR to stir up anything!
