Did they ever reply to him? Also, next time when he says he is majority he can add us to it so its not only 5 %, unless they dilute again of course.
I believe if we go to any Law Firm and then they get delivered, they will reply. No one wants a Law Suit, time consuming , Share price will be who knows where and of course Investigation on all fronts within a Company. Any how Monday air should be cleared somewhat in this region.
