I think Ronin and associates did tremendous DD on PPHM before they were a known entity to anyone on this BOD.
I believe some IP may have a clear path forward like probably Exosomes, he also knows Bavi's strengths weaknesses and more importantly what the market perceives of the PS pathway.

He will have more details when they take over the BOD.
They will further get a third party validation of the IP.
With all the tools needed they will maximize the IP.

The number one thing to remember is the 4 million shares they have that align them with stockholders.
When Ronin takes over shareholders will do very well.

The primary endpoint is running a competent and aggressively expanding CDMO while not squandering shareholder funds.That does not mean they will be stupid with the IP where ther is value they will exploit it.
