The company moved to another state because it was in a world of trouble in Texas, Kansas, and elsewhere. It was thrown out of its headquarters. I think it's unlikely many old clients wanted anything further to do with it. That much is clear from all the debts owed to employees and service providers.

There's no more recent filing about any of that. The filing in question memorializes events that took place on 1 July 2017.

The move to Washington was announced on 3 June:

That announcement was made by McCusker. And then on 1 July, McCusker was removed as president, secretary, and CEO. He was replaced by Frank Hawley. But McCusker remained as a director, as we've already seen. Those changes were announced in the Directors' Resolution posted at OTCMarkets on 10 July 2017.
