right on. Looking at the balance sheet you posted, it doesn't say in (000's) so they put about 1 mil in assets, and 50k in liabilities.
So very under capitalized for 800 mil shares, or 1/8 of a penny per share.

20 to 1 ratio assets to liabilities?-no company has that.
That tells you it's pretty much fake, and even if it isn't it is a nothing company with questionable and negligible assets.
