Players Network, Inc. (the “Company”) recently entered into a confidential settlement agreement with Comcast Corporation, resulting in the termination of the litigation with Comcast described in the Company’s public filings. The parties have agreed to keep the terms of settlement confidential, other than as disclosed in a press release approved of by the parties which is expected to be released shortly.
