bottom line is NR is *stuck* .. and P2O still SURVIVEs

clearly >> that works << for more than a few *actual* P2O investors

any equity can be manipulated to *impact* the company .. it's those rare OTC companies that survive
that cause NR problems .. as has been noted *again* after that *volume* of October 19th and 20th
and what NR has had to *report* via RT daily reg sho %s since Monday October 23rd ..

as for the dated data *reported* by NR in arrears .. *legal* (snicker) was *up* .. waiting to see what NR *reported*
for the back half of October .. it will be a while for that .. something NR counts on *retail* .. having the attn span of a gnat
