Yes I would agree that without the house the rent would be too high. Extremely too high.
If we found that the home is leased from Kim and the company was only leasing the land for 900+ I would dump every share I own and flip to the basher side.
IMO that would be evidence of fraud or at the very least breech of duty to shareholders and misappropriation of funds
