We recently took a trip across South Dakota and North Dakota into Canada. This is some of the most barren useless land in our country, and that's probably why a lot of it was given to the Indians!
The Navajo reservations in Arizona and New Mexico along with the Odem reservation in southern Arizona are likewise barren lands with few natural resources. Water is an expensive commodity.
North of Rapid City and the Black Hills, there is nothing! The land is rolling prairie as far as you can see. Dilapidated windmills are seen every few miles.

I don't see any "garden patches" or even a house! The oil spill will be vacuumed up.
The machine first sprays bark or other absorbent material onto the spill. Rotating brushes in the head work the oil and the absorbent material together. When the oil and absorbent material are thoroughly mixed, the direction of the rotating brushes is reversed, enabling the bark to be sucked up into the equipment while the rocks are simultaneously scrubbed.
