Why we are all excited about the new product line....
MARGIN EXPANSION.If not,the inherent commodity nature of the product is too strong and the extra cost of licensing(value-added packaging) is unjustified.
I hope I am wrong on the company model but my gut feeling concur with me that the whole point of coat tailing under brand names is to gain higher premium,less discounting,both of which offsetting licensing cost,are not happening.
